Welcome to CitiMaster — the digital platform of CitiMaster Expert Services LLP ("CitiMaster," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at www.citimaster.co.in, our mobile applications, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. About CitiMaster

CitiMaster is a technology-driven marketplace platform that connects local vendors, skilled professionals, and small businesses with customers in Jhansi and across tier-2 & tier-3 cities of India. CitiMaster facilitates service discovery, booking, and payment between customers ("Users") and service providers ("Providers").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CitiMaster. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify CitiMaster immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• CitiMaster reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• One person may not maintain more than one active account.

4. Services & Bookings

• CitiMaster acts as an intermediary between Users and Providers. We do not directly employ service providers.
• All bookings are subject to Provider availability and confirmation.
• CitiMaster reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of fraud, unavailability, or violation of these terms.
• Service quality is the responsibility of individual Providers. CitiMaster facilitates dispute resolution but does not guarantee service outcomes.

5. Payments

• Payments on CitiMaster are processed securely through integrated payment gateways.
• CitiMaster charges a platform commission on each completed transaction.
• All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Provider Responsibilities

• Providers must maintain accurate profiles, genuine qualifications, and deliver services as described.
• Providers must not solicit Users to transact outside the CitiMaster platform.
• CitiMaster reserves the right to remove any Provider found in violation of platform standards.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use CitiMaster for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or misuse platform data
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on CitiMaster are the property of CitiMaster Expert Services LLP. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

CitiMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or service disruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

CitiMaster reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
